What's your next thought?

Scrolling through some shorts, or reels, or whatever they're called, I came upon a suggestion... relax, take a couple deep breaths, and ask yourself: I wonder what my next thought will be?


I assumed it would result in a counter-intuitive result: a blank mind. I couldn't resist trying it, and indeed...nothing. I have now repeated this numerous times with the same result. It's almost like taking a drink of water. It's refreshing. It's...anchoring.


Apparently this simple technique is from The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle. I strongly suggest you give it a try. Takes just a couple minutes.
