RESOURCES / TOOLS
This page includes a few of my "go-to's" when working with clients. It's just a small sampling of what is out there in the field of psychology and self-help. Indeed, these days the options and choices are overwhelming. But these resources and tools reflect interventions and aids that I am convinced can make a difference in one's life when practiced on a regular basis. I have seen their effectiveness time and time again. Patience, practice, and self-compassion are the keys.
